AT&T Billing Deception

I have recently accepted an offer from AT&T that would decrease my monthly bill.  Instead, it has increased my bill by $100 per month.  No one at AT&T cares, just countless hours discussing it with lower ranking employees.  I will have to file a (Edited per community guidelines).  Can anyone please tell me, in Alabama, what is the correct business entity for me to file against?  At the Alabama Secretary of State I see:

AT&T Billing Southeast, LLC / ATLANTA, GA
AT&T Capital Holdings, Inc. / SAN FRANCISCO, CA
AT&T Corp. / NEW YORK, NY
AT&T Customer Services, Inc. / EL SEGUNDO, CA
AT&T Mobility II, LLC / ATLANTA, GA
AT&T Mobility LLC / ATLANTA, GA
AT&T Mobility National Accounts LLC / ATLANTA, GA
AT&T Mobility Services LLC / ATLANTA, GA

I have been a on-time payer for probably 15 years.  Please help if you can.

Why don't you start by doing an online complaint with the BBB?  That will get a member of the AT&T Corporate escalations group to call you.

Thank you for the suggestion.  Will do.  -  I have been extremely skeptical about AT&T offers in the past to the point of recording this call.  Several times I repeated all details of the offer back to the agent.  If the BBB can cure this, it may be better than time wasted with the FTC, FCC, and the Alabama Public Utilities Commission.  I didn't imagine my distrust for AT&T, they earned it.

What was the offer? Has your bill actually increased or are you basing that on the projected bill they send you? If so, pay no attention to the projected bill. They are infamously wrong because they don’t include any discounts.

I don't think AT&T, the company, is deliberately trying to scam you.  However, some of the people AT&T employs, and some of the Authorized Retailers/Resellers are not the kind of people you would take home to mother.  AT&T does not allow the regular support staff to do anything outside of some very narrow boundaries to correct issues, and seems to barely train them.

NO!  I am three hours into this already with no one listening. Chat?  CALL ME!  Remember, you are in the telephone business!  You know my number!  And if you call me, this is not another hour.  Don't send the lowest ranking member of the team to repeatedly put me on hold while they consult with a supervisor.  Read the notes first.  Listen to the recorded call!  Be prepared.  This is a 5 minute call.

And your message is disgraceful "*I am an AT&T employee, and the postings on this site are my own and don't necessarily represent AT&T's position, strategies or opinions."  Yes, you ARE an AT&T employee.  And if you don't represent AT&T's position, don't waste my time.  This is an unbelievable comment.

@campassi

Your posts on the forum are not connected to your phone number.  They cannot call you.
