Apple Watch on my account - Pending - Need it deleted

I have an Apple Watch showing pending on my account. This is an extra device that should not be on there and I am trying to get it deleted. We received a quote for another watch, but did not add it. I have talked to Customer Service on the phone and they say they can’t do anything about it. The store is telling me it will just come off by itself. How can I get these PENDING line/Apple Watch off my account? Thank you.

  • Has a billing cycle passed since the pending line started appearing? It may take a cycle to clear.
  • Are there any charges attached to this pending line? We want to make sure that you aren't being charged for something you don't want as soon as possible.
