Anyone know how to contact this supposed "24/7 support" ???

AT&T touts this supposed "24/7 support", but I certainly can't seem to get connected to it!!!  I have been dealing with what I can only imagine is pretty much every wireless/cellular dept. they have, for 4 straight days now, and have gotten ZERO help or resolution to the problem!!!!!  This complete lack of customer care & service is just so horrific, and I've basically just broken down in tears every night after having to endure this crap from them, over & over again, while they make me just keep going around in completely pointless circles!!!  I'm under quarantine, and have been dealing with a whole host of other major medical issues, as well as a boatload of other terrible stuff during this crazy COVID time, and yet I can't even get AT&T to figure out how to just make 1 cellular service line work!?!?!?   😧😢😭
