Add to Account Balance

The same way you add a refill. It does absolutely nothing other than increase your balance. It's kind of like adding money to PayPal

To add on, adding funds doesn't skip the remainder of your cycle, that only happens when you change plans.

Thank you both! After reading your responses, I used the “Make a Payment” option. As you said, it added the money to my account balance and lowered my bill to $0.00. Thanks again!

How do I get the support department to respond to me. I have tried to contact them by email and phone several times since signing up 15 months ago n it’s like no one can answer why the employee lied to me when signing up at the store n instead of my bill being 215 a month n it’s well over 329$ my previous brand new phone I traded in was only given a small credit and I didn’t get all my credits from previous phones traded I.  This company (Edited per community guidelines) and Lira to get you locked into a contract.
