So I phone my bill. A they cancel my service Ms. Now the my telling me I have to wait till Monday to get this fixed. No I can not wait until Monday to get this fixed I just paid y’all $2,000 dollars an I can’t use my phone. No. I’m about ready to get rid of AT&T an go somewhere else. This is crazy. Like my phones should be working. I was told to pay my bill now my phone is not working. When I paid my bill the department that I need to talk to was open. Kept trying to get transferred to the department. No. They wanted to keep routing me to the wrong department. I am so (Edited per community guidelines) this needs to be fixed today.

If your service was suspended, then you must pay your account to a zero balance, not just what was past due. 

If your account is showing a zero balance online, try restarting your phone.
