My wireless & internet bill are supposed to be combined but there not? Can you explain why Bc I already talked to someone in customer service and they said they took care of it but it’s still not combined

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account to answer. Consider yourself lucky, though. Combined billing still has many unresolved issues. The forum experts advise against combined billing. If you really want it, you’ll need to call again.
