Account Login

I’m a new customer and I chose to get a new number. I haven’t received my account number and I don’t my new number yet. How can I login to my AT&T app with out either of those? I’m just trying to track my phone to see when it will be delivered, but I can login.

Thank you, @formerlyknownas for the information provided. That is correct, you can track your order with our Order Tracker by entering in your order number and zip code. 

 

Don’t know your order number? Check the confirmation email we sent you. You can also check the status of your order by using our automated system: Call 877.782.8870 and follow the prompts.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. 
  • Pre-ordered devices ship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Back-ordered devices ship when they're available.

 if you are not yet an AT&T customer why would you have a phone number or an account number? The only thing you would have is an order number which you can check online
