my email address has changed since I set up my log in I am unable to retrieve user name and password to log in I don.t remember either of them

We can definitely assist you with finding your myAT&T user ID and resetting your myAT&T password.
If you've forgotten both your user ID and your password, please follow the "Forgot User ID?" and "Forgot Password?" steps at the links provided.
If you also don't remember your contact email address, please follow the "Forgot contact email?" steps at the link provided where you will be asked to enter your AT&T mobile number, or your account number/billing zip code instead.
