Account flagged for fraud.

I am having the exact same problem as this poster:

Our Business Account has been flagged for fraud
We have a Wireless business account with ATT. After trying to upgrade some of the lines to newer devices, our account has been flagged for potential fraud by the Fraud Department. Neither Business Customer Support not AT&T Retail Store was able to help us get our account un-flagged. Tried reaching the Fraud Department at 1-877-844-5584 which simply directs you to fill out an online form. This is totally unacceptable as it's taking way more time to deal with AT&T trying to correct the issue. Anyone experienced this before? If so, any ideas on what we can do

I don't know what to do and it seems there isn't anyone else that have answers either and just continues to transfer me or hang up on me. This has been going on now for 3 days. My local store gave me the fraud number and I can't get anyone on the line.

You won’t get anyone to answer on a Saturday. I can’t explain why you got no answer on previous days but if calls aren’t getting results, file an FCC or BBB complaint.

I'm having the exact same issue, and I am stuck with my international sim card phone number so I can't reach anyone on the phone either. Please help @AT&T

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please contact our Fraud department for assistance at 877-844-5584. They are available to assist you with this issue Monday-Friday from 8am - 9pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, and Sunday 8am - 6pm. Hope this helps!

I have been flagged as fraud as well and cannot get a live person on the phone to help me no matter what number I call. I was able to verify my identity for the first line but then got shut down for the second line and they canceled my account. I would really like to switch over but cannot seem to get this resolved please help
