Account denial
Hi.
I was trying to create a new business account here on AT&T, we spoke with the sales team and provided them with information about the company, such as website, name, location, address, we also provided the articles of incorporation for a fraud check, however this morning the guy from here told us that we didn't pass the fraud check even tho everything is legal and legit. He didn't gave us any reason as to why it didn't pass, so my question is: Do any of you guys have any idea or reasons as to why it didn't pass the fraud check?
