Account cancelled due to fraud

We have opened a new lines.we have taken 2 phones and 1 watch through trading.within 3 days our account has been cancelled.we have contacted fraud department we didn’t get a response from them. So we tried of returning phones but they are not taking and saying that we can’t accept your return and they said that you have to pay the full amount of phone and you can’t use that phone.So now what can i do?
