Account Canceled

Hello. I am on a post-paid plan, and was looking to switch to paperless billing.

However, upon getting on the myatt site, it said that my account had been canceled with no further information. I have been paying bills monthly and have not missed any that I know of, how can I "un-cancel" my account so I can pay my bills online?
