A friend paid off two of my installments for phones i had and it said successfull.

Its now been over 12 hours and no confirmation about them being paid off.

 

Also his credit card shows pending charges for them.

 

But when I log into att it doesn't show they are paid off.

 

Is there a time period sometimes before its done?

 

I need help from an att specialist that can look into this for me.

If his card says”pending” then he has not yet been charged and your account is not yet paid.  (That’s what pending means.)

Installments must be paid off in full, there isn’t any option to pay just 2 installments, unless there were only 2 left anyway.

No No I paid them online and choose pay in full on both of them. and that was done last night at 8 pm

Payments would be processed the next day (today)

so that would mean today when payment is processed then my account should be updated to show they are paid off?

@scottadus   It should online.  It won’t in the unlock portal if that’s the next step.  Check your My ATT Account.
