Your AT&T account is not eligible to enable cellular
I received a new esim because my 5G network was not working properly and they said it was due to my esim. Ever since I activated my new esim I've been experiencing this. I have cellular active on my Apple Watch Ultra, but in the cellular section on my Watch App it states "Your AT&T account is not eligible to enable cellular on your Apple Watch. Contact AT&T at 611 for more information." The plan is also active on my AT&T Account. Is it also normal for my watch to be under SOS Only? I've chatted and called and no one seems to know how to help me. Anyone else experience this?

Unlimited plus or choice for one?
