Why is ATT avoiding send me a Return Label
My wife bought us two watches online taking advantage of the special deal "Buy one get one free". Both were Samsung Galaxy Watches 5. When I got home I insisted I would prefer the "Pro" Version. So, We waited until they arrived and I requested an exchange via "Chat with ATT" on the webpage.
This agent affirmed me the label was gonna be sent to my Email soon. I waited and never received it so I requested another agent, This agent told me to wait. So I waited until the next day. Nothing.
I asked for another one, AGAIN, NOTHING. So two days after it was gonna be the weekend and decided to drive 2 HOURS to the nearest Corporate ATT's. ALL the Corporate ATT's I went to didn't have the watch I wanted. I wasted 6 hours that day.... BTW please label your ATTs, Distinguish them easier from RETAIL AND CORPORTATE. (I was taking 30-45min drives in the big city just to find out its not a corporate.)
SO I REQUESTED, AGAIN, ANOTHER LABEL. A WEEK LATER I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING.
So, I asked another agent what the (Edited per community guidelines) was going on. This agent suggested I order the watch I wanted and return the watch when I receive the label this same agent requested for me.
SO, Right now I own 3 WATCHES. I DONT WANT 3 WATCHES. I WANT TWO.
I asked my buddy who worked at ATT and said this Email is instant WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME SUFFER.
The box is unopened. And its useless to me. I never wanted it. We made a mistake. But its something, As a 4yr customer shouldn't be dealing with. I ALREADY BOUGHT THE MORE EXPENSIVE VERSION..... LIKE CMON
14 days are almost up, and I don't know what to do now.
I just wanna return the dang unopened watch now.

@ATTHelp Thank You for responding. No, The Email I am looking for with my label IS NOT in any of my folders.
For a note:
- I instantly received an Email from ATT when I placed an order
- I instantly received Emails from ATT when my orders were shipped
- I am receiving Emails from your response on these threads.
So, This doesn't not make sense to me. On amazon yesterday I got a return label on my own and in a click of a button it appeared immediately in my Email.
