Why do you even have online ordering??

Bought an apple watch and paid full retail. Order a new line on the AT&T app. Go through the send a code to my phone. Enter code. Congratulations! Your order has been submitted and you will receive an email for activation. Ten minutes later, email comes with a cancelation of order because we can't verify your identity.

Waste more time and gas and bisit a store.

Why??

Typically the reason orders are canceled is because all of the information you entered did not check out. Credit card information for your order does not match what's on your account or does not match the address, etc.
