We can answer your question regarding software update downloads!

• Was the Galaxy Watch purchased through AT&T and is currently active on the AT&T network?
• Are you currently using the device wearable within the US or abroad? 
• When accessing your device settings, does it say that device is currently up to date, without the new software?

Please know due to safety reasons, software updates are rolled out slowly and not all devices will receive the update at the same time. 

Yes, it's under contract with at&t 

I use it in the usa

It's says it's up to date not ,SES2

• What is the current model you have for your Galaxy Watch?

As previously mentioned software updates are typically rolled out in different regions. There is no ETA on when the software update will be available for certain devices and models. 

If you're having problems with downloading the firmware update, you can access our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool by selecting which wearable you have, then go to System, Software Update > Troubleshoot Software Update to follow the steps provided.

Did you visit the TS&R tool to see if you were able to get the software update to download? Our best recommendation is to use that, though you may not be seeing the update yet due to updates being released in a staggered manner.

That tool didn't help

My tizen version is 4.0.0.7

And fw version is 2 steps ahead

It's showing 4.0

So it's way behind

As stated earlier, the rollout of the updates is done on a staggered schedule basis. There is no estimated time you can get it right now but be assured that as soon as it is available, your device will be provided with the update.
