We can help with your Samsung GALAXY SII.

The SIM card slot is located in the internal area, above the battery compartment, behind the back cover.

1. Remove the back cover by inserting a fingernail into the slot on the bottom side of your phone.
2. Lift the cover up and away from the phone.
3. Remove/Insert SIM. Make sure the cards gold contacts face into the phone. If the SIM is not inserted correctly, the phone will not detect the SIM card.
4. Place the back cover back on the phone and press down, until you hear the back snap back into place.
