Unlock Samsung Gear S bought by amazon
Hello
I purchased a Samsung Gear S smartwatch throught amazon. When I attempt to place a request to have it unlocked on.att.com/deviceunlock I get the error
no record of the IMEI Number you entered. Check your device's 15-digit IMEI Number by dialing*#06# (errorCode.ULP2003)
Of course I more than double-checked my IMEI codes...
I'm from Argentina. What can be done to have unlocked the smartwacth and use it with a local carrier?

you can contact att customer care. since the device was never on the network the online unlock tool will not work

hey same thing happen on my end and im in the states my imei was invalid called att and they said it was in their system but dont know why it isnt on that data base the other person told me i have to wait for 2 to three mths so it can be in the data base system ..i dk why im getting so much running around its like a he say she said kinda things .stuff like this is why i left att

I bought my AT&T Gear S off Amazon too. I paid full price and wanted to unlock it as well. I got AT&T on the chat and they gave me a link but my IMEI wasn't working either. So I got them on the chat again and they said it was such a new product that the IMEI wasn't in the system. So the chat operator put in the information for me and I got an email in 5 days with the unlock code. So even tho I'm still an AT&T customer my Gear S is unlocked.
