Series 4 I Watch-stopped connecting with my wearables unlmtd cellular plan

so I went to att store they weren’t much help did everything I TRIED MYSELF AT HOME AND end result was he sent me to apple store and at the store they unpair and repair the watch to my iPhone then ran diagnostics on watch and nothing turned up “wrong” with actual device and I keep getting this “oops message on att site” telling me to call att and ask for apple tech support”.. when I called the guy gave me some run around about “just take the watch to the att store where I bought it... I bought watch in February 2019, had NO problems with cellular connection until the last few months which I didn’t even realize until it dawned on me that I hadn’t received any calls or emails without WiFi and when I checked my att profile it’s been MONTHS OF paying and NO MINUTE OR TEXT OR DATA USE!(on my wearables unlimited data plan) like (Edited per community guidelines)? I’m paying for it and I’d love an answer lol

It sounds like you never set up numbersync for your watch.
