Question About Buying a Watch

So, I am wondering if I buy the Galaxy Watch 3 from the Samsung website (I can get a good deal with headphones, so I'd rather go through it instead of here), with LTE, if I am able to through AT&T with it and set up a plan with them - to add to my current bill with my phone, instead of buying the plan from the AT&T website. Mostly, I am wondering if anyone knows if AT&T supports LTE for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 from their actual website and that I can either pay through a plan with AT&T, or set it up with my phone bill.
