Is the old phone you're using capable of using numbersync?

We are here to help, @Blaise747! Try resolving your experience with NumberSync by following these instructions to suspend or remove NumberSync from your Android:

  1. Go to account overview and open the My wireless section.
  2. Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage.
  3. Select Manage my device.
  4. Select Manage NumberSync.

Follow the prompts to suspend or remove NumberSync. Make sure to wait several minutes before adding the service back to your account.

Also, should your experience persist despite the first step, make sure to reach back out and let us know the make and model of your wearable so that we can provide adequate support.

Give this a try and let us know how this works for you.

Im trying all of this, and when i go to manage numbersync, it tells me i need my own access id. When i try to make one, it says i have one already, and when i login with that, it takes me back to the account overview and i start all over again in the same cycle. So i cant even attempt this.

Same thing happening to me! It's been happening for a few days now. I haven't been able to find a solution.  I've talked to Samsung and AT&T. One woman I spoke with at AT&T said she is opening a ICU case, supposed to hear something within 72 hours,  Monday 1/31/2022 will be 72 hours. I get 2 codes.. PD-GE-RsC-JsonSyntaxException and PD-GE-RsC-NullPointerException I have a galaxy watch 4 and a s21 ultra.

Reset the password for your access ID. Wait 15 minutes.  Then try again with new ID
