Numbersync issue Kyocera E6920 and Galaxy watch SM R815U

Got a new esim card. Master reset the watch. Scanned the card. The watch still wouldn't show the new ICCID or number. Ticket was sent through ATT. Waiting on response.

Please let us know when a ticket was submitted. Also, we have a article that gives detailed steps on how to resolve Numbersync for wearables

 

Another thing you can do is make sure your software is updated on your device.

Updated to latest software. Went into the store and the associate couldn't help either. Tried 2 esim cards with the same result. 

It said the esin was already used. The watch had "unknown" for the iccid and unknown telephone number. 

It showed on the ATT side that the iccid took.

The problem at the current moment is that the watch won't accept the esin that's been given from the store. We tried 2 separate cards.
