Number Sync in myAT&T app keeps getting error message

For some reason I just got a text from AT&T that says Number Sync with my watch disconnected. I didn't do that, but AT&T did. Now the app keeps giving me an error message when I try to go to Number Sync in the support section of the app. That's after it failed to recognize my user ID, password or email. Then I got the error message saying try back later.

"Sorry, the server got a bit wonky.
Please try again in a moment." How is that acceptable service from AT&T????

The developers are trying to inject a bit of humor.

Humor isn't really appreciated when they are creating more work for their users. I want good technoloy, not a stand-up routine. However, I was eventually able to resync my number. This happened the first time I did the number sync. AT&T seems to have their net work offline fairly regularly. It's not what one would expect from a leading telecommunications company.

I'm having a NumberSync issue today (not sure when it started since I didn't use my Mac until late today).

I called AT&T and - as usual - got a very nice woman who 1) claimed that NumberSync was an Apple service, and 2) then tried to charge me $10/month for my Apple Watch (which lacks cellular).

I received an error activating it.

In summary - IT IS YET ANOTHER NUMBERSYNC/WI-FI CALLING OUTAGE.
