My Samsung Gear S2 will not number sync but overheats
We changed our AT&T account from a business to a residential acct and once that happened my Samsung wearable Gear S2 no longer syncs with my main phone number. I have called AT&T numerous times with promises of getting call backs from the advanced tech group but to no avail.
I spoke to someone yesterday, who was very patient but could not get my watch to work. I have been without this feature since 12/28/16.
I have reset the watch to factory settings 3 times and changed the settings to always have syncing on. The watch spins looking to sync but can not. Instead it just gets very hot and forces me to turn it off.
Does anyone else out there have a similar problem? Is there a resolution to it? I really miss this feature of the phone and is the primary reason why I got it.
