How to Cancel a Cellular Data Service on Apple Watch SE?

Hello,

I started my plan with 2 iPhone 12s and 2 Apple Watch SEs back in spring of 2022. I now realize the cell service we pay for on the Apple watches is completely uneccessary, as we always have our phones on us. 

I don't want to return the Apple watches, but I'd like to remove the cell service from them. Is that possible? Am I able to continue paying for the devices via the installment plans but cancel the data?
