Hey there @jlinardos!

NumberSync is such an awesome feature! It would be my pleasure to answer your question!

Yes, you can easily use NumberSync with a business account. As long as you are able to log in to the account you will be able to use this feature!

Hope this helps out!

Hello again @jlinardos!

It’s great to hear you were able to log into your business account! Let’s work on getting NumberSync set up.

Our Device Support Center contains step-by-step instructions on how to set up NumberSync for your Samsung Gear S3. You will want to make sure you log in with the access ID connected to the phone number on your Note 5.

I do hope this helps out and you’re able to successfully set up your phone and watch! Thank you and have a wonderful day!

This links to MyATT, There's no way to log into a business premier account from this link. This was also the first question the user originally asked. Does numbersync work with business accounts and if so how do you set it up?

Hello there @stevecti!

Welcome to our Community Forums! I will be glad to further assist you in regards to your inquiry.

To answer your question, our Numbersync feature does work with Business accounts. To start, you will first need to log into your account online and ensure you have an Access ID setup.

Once you have your Account and Access ID setup, you have completed the foundation of Numbersync setup. Check out this great informative link to setup your Numbersync.

Let us know how it goes, we are always here for support! Have a great weekend.

This does not explain the process if you have a business account. Please provide step by step details after logging into your business account. I have been to the att store twice and nobody knows how to do it. It is ridiculous that you offer a feature that cannot be explained.

The reason there is really no step by step is almost 90% of business accounts are not going to use it. The setup is the same either way. Just select the phone that is getting numbersync and turn it on and follow the instructions on the watch. As you need a code

I have learned by reading the fine print that numbersync isn't supported for government or business accounts. Seems pretty stupid to me.

its because each person using number sync needs there own myatt login.  Personally numbersync stinks...  I never use it I just forward calls and texts if I am going running as it works so much better.

Guess I'll never know since you can't make a login with a small business account.
