Gear S not updating email

So it worked great for about two days and then I started messing with the BT Wifi and Mobile network trying to get better battery life.  Well about two hours later I notice email quit updating so I switched all three back on.  I had done some re starting and switching on and off connections and at one point it updated one time.  It has not updated since and it is about 12 hours and 30 emails later.  Any Idea how to get the emails coming again?
