Galaxy watch 4 LTE t-mobile

I was given a Galaxy watch 4 LTE that was from the t-mobile network. Can I use it on my AT&T network and if so, what do I need to do to get it to work?

Thanks!

Hello, @hwford15. Thanks for reaching out to us about activating your smartwatch on our network! We know that is important to have a definitive answer.

Yes, you can use an Apple or Smartwatch that was used on another network. Watches don't carrier lock. Your device and watch must use the same carrier! To activate your Smartwatch:

If you haven’t already, make sure you get a wireless plan for your Android® watch. Then, download your eSIM:

1. Turn on your watch.
2. Open the wearable app on your phone and pair your watch.
3. Let the eSIM download automatically or follow the prompts to download it by scanning the QR code on your eSIM activation card from AT&T.
4. Activate NumberSync to sync your AT&T phone number and watch. You may need an AT&T user ID linked to the phone that you want to sync.

If your Android watch still doesn’t have wireless service, activate your watch now.

We hope this information is helpful! If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to us again. We are here to help!
