VRV showing as Unavailable

I signed up for the AT&T Unlimited &More(SM) Premium Multi Line for Wireless on 9/14/19 and I was under the assumption that VRV would be an included Premium. When I go to the Premium page for WatchTV, it says its unavailable. Is this planned to change or did the advertisement on AT&T site lie to me? Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Just as an update to this for anyone who sees this, I've yet to hear back from them after an initial message that went over the basic troubleshooting that I did already. Its been over two weeks and honestly, I'm quite unhappy with AT&T and how they've handled this. I only want an answer about VRV suddenly being unavailable to me as soon as I sign up for the premium package when it was advertised as something I could select. I'd even accept a "This will be available on XXXX day, thank you for your patience" but they haven't even given me that much.

Wife to Jechtblade there. It's been a year and many, many, many phone calls and tech support agents.  We still do not get the premium we are paying for. They still can't fix it and keep having us do the same things that didn't work.

 

We even asked for a credit or some sort of thing for the service we are not getting -- and were told that since we were getting all the other things from being Unlimited & More that they could not.  So .... false advertising I guess. We're really sick of this.

In the event that the issue is with all recordings, at that point we should investigate the application. On your gadget, clear your reserve and erase the application information before uninstalling, unlinking and deactivating your gadget from your record settings
