Signing up for a stand alone account is broken for several days

The AT&T watch TV stand alone sign up remains broken for several days now. Is anyone working on fixing it? Before you ask me all the details about my account, please note that it just doesnt work for anyone. Just go to the site and try signing up for a trial and it will throw back an error "43101: An error on our side" while filling the credit card details. Same if you try to sign up with PayPal too.

An AT&T rep told me that this is a known issue and will be fixed in 24 hours. That was a week ago and it still remains broken.

Good morning @wannabesubscriber,

Thank you for reaching out. We'll be happy to take a further look into this.

Please share what devices you're using to sign up with and receiving this error on.

Everything fails consistently. Thanks.
