Selected wrong Premium service



My plan was changed to the Unlimited and More Premium and I was under the incorrect assumption that I would still have my DirecTV HBO credit applied so I accidentally picked Showtime as my WatchTV premium. I really only wanted free HBO and if I can only get that through WatchTV with this plan I need it changed, however I am unable to do so for 12 months. Is there some reset that can happen on my account so I can just have HBO as my free premium? I'm really considering just closing my ATT and DirecTV accounts coming from the hassle and confusion of all these changes.

We'd be glad to look into your WATCHTV premium selection! You can still change your premium if you're within 7 days of activating your WATCHTV. Please send us your account email and clarify if you have a DIRECTV service or AT&T TV NOW service, so we can better assist you.
