Premium add-on issues

I signed up for premium service which includes the watch tv app and a premium add-on.  When I follow the link I was sent by AT&T to choose my add-on, it says I don’t have premium service and don’t qualify. 

I have tried talking to six different people and nothing has been resolved. Any suggestions?

Its apparently a known issue.

 

AT&T is charging people for a service and not delivering. Its part of a new business model they're trying out I think.

 

I'd encourage you to contact the BBB.
