How to select Premium service for each line.
I switched my plan to the new Premium plan and set up my WatchTV account and selected Pandora Premium as the premium service for my line. I verified with AT&T customer care chat before switching plans that each line would be able to select a premium service (because we have a family streaming music account now and if only one line can get the premium service, then that kind of defeats the point of Pandora's customization if multiple people have to share the same account).
My spouse has been unable to select a Premium service though - can someone provide instructions on how each line does that? And if the AT&T customer chat advised incorrectly and it's not possible, can I please get assistance with switching my plan back because it looks like the plan I had is no longer available to choose from.
