Can’t log on to the app

I cannot log on to the att tv app. I’ve had att tv for years. My television is streaming the app just fine but when I try to log on to the app on my att serviced phone, it says “subscription required”. I shut my phone down and rebooted and no change so I deleted the app and reinstalled the app. It says “you have an att tv subscription-would you like to automatically log in” then says ”allow” and when I allow it tells me I need an att tv subscription! I have a subscription, it doesn’t allow me to log in manually because I cannot access the app because it says I need a subscription that it agrees I already have!🤬What to do??

Fixed it. Deleted app (again!) and then did not “allow” auto log in. This allowed me to log in manually-then it decided I did have a subscription after all🙄
