Can't log into ATT Watch TV

Every time I try to log in it just redirects me to this page. No matter how many times I try to change password.

Yes I have verified. As soon as I opened my ATT account I verified my Watch ATT account. I was using it for two weeks before this error started happening. I was on the phone with ATT for an hour twice already and was told I need to talk to a direcTV specialist but they weren't available both times.

I'm also.having this error. 

I confirmed  my account. Then upgraded however it won't let me add which premium channel I want and won't let me log in. Just keeps redirecting me to the at&t  Login

We want to look into why you can't log into your WatchTV account. Let us know the email you signed up with, your access ID, and the primary phone number on your wireless account.

I am having the same problem. Sounds as if ATT is scamming everyone with misrepresentation by luring people into upgrading I to unlimited Elite plan by saying it comes with HBOGO and WatchTV subscription. Able to log in on the web but not app.

I am also having this difficulty in getting started with WatchTV. I have the App on my phone, followed all the directions to set up a new log in after my phone was verified. I even picked my premium choice, then tried to sign in and the app and the computer said " Sign in error - That user ID and password combination doesn't match our records....."  HELP !!! So frustrating. Tried several times to do this as directed but keep looping to the same page on my computer and denied access on the app.

Can’t login to my app. Keeps telling me the username password combo doesn’t match. Reset it and still the same. I was just watching it earlier.

I can't log in either. I've had the service for a month now and had been watching on my laptop using Chrome. Suddenly today when I went to watch it wont let me log in. Just keeps going back to the log in screen. I can log in on my android using the app.

wow this service is really awful. every time i try to login i have the same issue. i reset password over and over again and it doesn't work. i finally call in and after dealing with the terrible voice command call center it's the same, takes them a long time to be able to reset then it also resets myAt&t credentials. really very frustrating. i see that it's a general issue, everybody with the same problem for over a year now. incredible how a telecomm company like at&t hasn't been able to fix such a frustrating bug and terrible service.

Same problem and no support. I signed up no problem, selected the free premium service, and can't log in again to use it.
