cannot select premium HBO Max for free

Through my unlimited AT&T plan I receive Watch TV with a premium for free. Every time I try to select a premium it gives me this error message "Looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try again later or visit our Help Center." I'm able to watch everything else fine. This has been going on for several months now. I've chatted with someone and she was unable to fix it as well.

Let's see how we can help you select HBO Max as your premium! Can you clarify if you have the Unlimited and More Premium plan?


Also, please let us know if you're selecting a premium for the first time or you're just trying to select HBO Max as your new premium, so we can better assist you.

  • Choose “Sign in” next to “Already subscribed?”
  • Select “Sign in through TV or mobile provider.”
  • Choose your cable or wireless provider. If it’s not listed, you’ll need to pay for HBO Max separately.
  • If your cable company is listed, tap your provider and enter in your email and password.
