When viewing the channel guide on my computer, I noticed that my zip code and the tv listings time zone do not match. How do I fix that?

The experience you are having can sometimes be the result of billing information not being updated. If you recently moved from one area of the country to another and changed time zones. Then you may need to check the billing address on your payment method.
If WATCH TV comes with your qualified AT&T wireless account. You can check your billing and credit information in My AT&T.
If your WATCH TV is a stand alone account, which means that you pay for it. Check your billing information on a Chrome or Safari browser, logging into WATCH TV and checking account overview.
If your payment method has correct billing zip code and address. Try clearing the cache and data on the browser, then restarting the lap top. You can also use the app on a supported phone or tablet and let us know if you get the same discrepancy when using the app. That can help us to know if this may be account related, or device related.
