Why can’t I signup for premium add on with my unlimited & more premium plan?
I have spent over 4 hours on the the phone with “customer service” representatives trying to resolve my issue. The couple of I talked to that also live in the U.S understood my problem but apparently did not have authorization to fix the the problem. All others might as well be malfunctioning rebots!
I upgraded from my unlimited & more plan to an unlimited & more premium plan a little over 2 days ago. I was told it might take up to 48 hours for the upgrade to take effect. First of all this seems ridiculous. Anyhow I waited the 48 hours and suprise, still not working. Surely I am not the first customer to upgrade from one unlimited plan to the other! I am beyond frustrated at this point, and might just buy out my contract and take my service elsewhere!
