I have had this service now for about 2 months. I have the Unlimited Premium & More plan. I can not choose which Premium show i would like such as Showtime. When I verify it says your NOT a Unlimited Premium & More plan. However, I am paying for that plan and it shows up in my account. I have been into ATT yto get this fixed. Unfortunately I am told you can only go through the Watchtv Chat. I have noe that numerous times also. They tell me that they don't know why it isn't working and they will esculate this and it will be 24-48 hours and I will have Showtime. This is two moths later several phone calls, several in store visits and several ATTWatch Chat. This is getting rediculas. This needs to be fixed ASAP or they need to add this to my DirectTV Now app at no charge.

 

IO am very frustrated/
