uVerse App sound - high pitched noise/tone

When I watch live TV on my uVerse App, the picture does play, but the sound is a high pitch tone.  This happens on both my iPhone and iPad.  I have rebooted both devices.  I have also rebooted my router and receiver.  Your Thoughts

We are here to help with the sound on the U-verse app, TabraizShamsi.

 

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the app, as there may be an update that will fix the high pitched sound.

 

Also, we have some questions if that doesn't work:

  • When did this start happening?
  • Do you have your phone and iPad close to each other when you are using the app?

We need to know more information about this and there may be some interference that causes the high pitched sound or noise.
