upset customer

Problem

as customers we pay a lot of  money for our services, yet we are denied basic TV channel, if i wanted to view ch 2 on a computer screen 

i wouldnt be paying for direct tv... what are you doing to fix this...

We'd be glad to help look into what's going on with your streaming! Please provide more details about what's going on including what station you're suppose to receive on channel 2, so we can get started.
