Unable to add WatchTV and Premium choice going on 5 months
AChanged to unlimited and more premium Plan on August 8, 2018.
Since that time, I have been unable to activate my watch TV 30 channels and make the premium selection. Have spent over 50 hours on this problem between AT&T reps and watch TV reps and managers. I have had open cases with both AT&T and still have a current open case with WatchTV. My file should show multiple contacts and Chats with watch TV and AT&T. Just today I received a message that said I should go and enjoy my 30 channels and make my premium selection. Once again it failed. I spent three hours in chat today which I have documented in the transcript, and I was transferred eight times during this chat. They said that my problem would be resolved today. It was not. I was sold a product that I have not received even after multiple, multiple attempts. Who can resolve this issue? No problem should take 5 months for resolution. Any help appreciated
