RC1 win back

Ok I cancelled my service beginning of Novemeber 2018. I then recieved a letter that I could get a great deal and $300 gift card if I came back. So I decided to take up my offer. Well after 3 days of countless calls and being transferred 10 plus times I was told I need to speak with the RC1 department who informed me my service wasn't disconnected.....hmmm well I already recieved the box and sent all my stuff in. They had to disconnect yet again. So got that figured out, then I was told that was a direct tv offer and since I'm a rc1 customer I cannot receive the promotion. So I contacted better business bureau, where the president of AT&T contacted me apologizing for the inconvenience and told me to call them in January because the rc1 may be promoting what I had wanted. So I'm on hold right now for over 2 hrs, several different people. They keep directing me to direct tv win back departmemt, but they cant help me because I need the rc1 win back department, which I've been directed to every other department, I did get ahold of rc1 once where they told me I still have an active account so they can't help me so I have to call direct tv. Called direct tv, and they show me disconnected in Nov, so now they're trying to reach the rc1 account. Which I fear they will again tell me that I have an active account with direct tv and they can't help me till I cancel......HELP!

So after 2 hrs on the phone, being transferred to countless departments and
people, and talking to the win back department who talked to the rc1.
Neither are showing me as either. Win back shows I'm an rc1 and needs to
talk to them, and rc1 shows I need to talk to the Win back department. And
neither know how to solve the problem......
