Password Reset

I have forgotten my password and tried to change it but there are not any emails coming through about the password. It now says that I have used too many attempts. How can I fix this issue ?

How long ago have you last attempted to reset your password? If it's very recent (as in just now), we recommend you attempt to reset it again after thirty minutes to an hour. Let us know if this helps.

Nothing helps I keep getting codes even opened new Outlook email for alt e-mail and nothing -very frustrated. Due to the mix up I reset my att password. I also forgot security questions. I tried yesterday
