PARENTAL CONTROLS

SOMEONE IN MY HOUSE SET UP PARENTAL CONTROL ON MY TV NOW ALL MY CHANNELS ARE BLOCKED AND THE TV IS ASKING FOR A CURRENT PASSWORD I DONT NO WHAT IT IS SO I  CANT GET ANY CHANNELS  IM PRETTY MAD CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE

Hello @REDDOG2424,

We can help you with your parental control situation. First, confirm for us what service you are experiencing this on (WatchTV, U-Verse, DIRECTV NOW, or DIRECTV).

If you have WatchTV or DIRECTV NOW, you log into your account on a PC and change the parental control settings.
