My Bill went up

I looked at my bill, it went up $111.67! I see that you all charged me for calling in a trouble call, in which I still have! So you all are saying that I can’t call you if I have a problem? Could you please take that off of my bill!

...or maybe DIRECTV.  Hard to tell since no one's getting billed 111 for WatchTV, which is where he posted.

If you have DirecTV and tech was sent, then $99 is valid. If trouble still occurring then call for support. If they must send tech back out, there is a 90 day worry free guarantee that they do not charge the $99 again.

WatchTV is another AT&T owned service. If you meant DirecTV, they have their own forum. Though still for official support you call DirecTV.
