My ATT App not including Directv

My ATT app only shows wireless. How can I get it to include my Directv account too? Very frustrating when I just received an email about my Directv bill being ready. I click view my bill, then My ATT app launches and I see my wireless account! Directv account not listed at all. Crazy.

We are here to help you access your DTV account, Scharfm.

 

Here is more information on how to find your Access ID for your DTV account.

 

You may be using the wrong credentials, which is why the account information is not showing up.

 

If this doesn't help, we want to clarify some more information.

 

  • Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?
  • Have you reset your password?

This will resync your account and make sure the app is up to date and refreshed.

My credentials are all correct. I can access each account individually, no problem. I have a different user ID and password for Directv and ATT wireless, as I have had DTV for 20+ years, well prior to the merger. 

Please provide step by step instructions on how to merge these accounts into My ATT app.
