Lost free Access to WATCH TV even though i didn't change my plan

has anyone experienced this system issue?  I was enjoying my free month of AT&T Watch TV with my AT&T Unlimited and More Premium plan, when all of a sudden on my billing date i lost free access.  Now when i go to attwatchtv.com i'm prompted to enter a credit card.  At&T watch tv's chat people have been helpful, but so far the issue is unresolved(have a work order put through).. I can't re-verify because i get an error my at&t phone number is already associated with a watch tv account...

this really is a bummer because i have HBO through watch tv..

611 can't help with Watch TV, and the watch tv chat folks don't know whats wrong...

at least you had access for a month.

 

Since I signed up for the Unlimited & More Premium Plan, I've not been able to even verify my # to get access to WatchTV or HBO.

I still have no access to Watch TV and because HBO was attached to Watch tv I don't have HBO either.. this is really annoying...
