Long time customer- Poor Customer Service

I am tired of getting bad customer service from a company that I have been with since 2012. I have more than 8 receivers and am a long time customer. Why do I have to call every month because my bill is not what I was told that it should be. Since the AT&T has acquired Direct TV, the customer service is the absolute worse. They lie and do not properly document the account to what was told to you on the call. When I call back, they treat me as though I am the liar. What do I need to do to keep my bill below 180 per month as I have for the past 2 years. I have always spoken very highly of Direct TV, but since the acquisition, I can no longer recommend this service and this company to anyone. Do I go or should I stay and fight?
